Senior Leadership Outplacement Services

This project is to procure a package of support for our senior leaders who are exiting through the redundancy scheme. Senior leaders have a unique career trajectory which means they have more complex and non-linear career paths. They may be seeking board positions, portfolio careers, consultancy, or Exec level roles. They will also require access to a network at an ESM and board level.
