Work description
Homes England required to appoint a Monitoring Surveying Firm (MS) from its Development and Regeneration Technical Services (DaRTS) Framework for a development site comprised of 9 new build homes in Chalfont St. Peter, Buckinghamshire. The appointed MS will providing initial due diligence and ongoing monitoring of the residential development works.
