Scope of Quotation • Asks Tenderers to submit their Tenders in accordance with the instructions set out in this ITT. • Sets out the overall timetable and process for the procurement. • Provides Tenderers with sufficient information to enable them to submit a compliant tender (including providing templates for Tenderer responses where relevant). • Sets out the award criteria and the method of evaluation that will be used to evaluate Tenders. • Explains the Authority’s administrative arrangements for the receipt of Tenders.
