Description

The services the provider shall provide, will comprise of personal care, support with activities of daily living, social activities and nursing care where registered and required, specialist care and respite.\r \r The services shall include Residential Care services and / or Nursing Care services to the extent specified in the Contract Letter. The services will be procured under 5 lots:\r • Lot 1: Long Term Placements In Borough;\r • Lot 2 Long Term Placements Out of Borough;\r • Lot 3: Discharge to Access;\r • Lot 4: Respite Care;\r • Lot 5: Innovation and Social Enterprises \r
