## Description

The College is looking to better connect with its audiences across policing\. As part of this ambition, we need to better understand the distinct segments in the policing market, their attitudes, behaviours, and demographic identifiers\. We are looking to combine existing and new audience research to create audience personas for key segments, that can be used to develop targeting and positioning\.
