Norfolk County Council wishes to award a contract to a provider to deliver a feasibility study into local authority backed revolving loan fund models that finance business growth, assessing the range of models and their viability. Economic development funding landscapes are changing; this feasibility study will explore the viability of new funding vehicles that support business growth and allow for sustained impact of the money available, by delivery through a revolving fund. This will allow for a discrete pot of public money to deliver funding and economic growth on a sustained basis.
