Medway Council ('The Authority') invites quotations (Document 3) for the delivery, supply and installation of gym equipment at the new sports centre as detailed in the Specification of Requirement (Document 2) and in accordance with these instructions (Document 1) and the Council's Terms and Conditions of Contract.
