MSSS Silo Maintenance Facility Waste Skip Stillages

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to invite suppliers within the supply chain to express an interest in the manufacture of the waste skip stillages, by affording the opportunity to review and comment on the proposal prior to completion of the design and any formal procurement/competition process. The intention of this Prior Information Notice is to ascertain from the supply chain whether the manufacturing proposal is feasible, if they foresee any inherent risk (manufacturing, functionality, etc.), if the tolerances of critical dimensions can be achieved and if it will realise the benefits in time and cost. Ideally the whole manufacturing process should be carried out by suppliers that have the manufacturing capability and capacity to profile cut and bend 304 Stainless Steel sheet in the form of 1.5 metre x 3 metre x 3 millimetre sheet material.
