Description

The services will: a) follow the award of a Property Freezing Order in favour of HMRC to allow HMRC to remove assets where HMRC can evidence property/assets have been obtained through unlawful conduct or organised crime. A "Property Freezing Order" freezes assets or property (i.e. legally prevent the disposal of those assets by a respondent). b) The services will follow the award of an Order for Sale in favour of HMRC. An "Order for Sale" is a court order to sell a property or an asset so a debt can be paid out of the proceeds of the sale. 'This call-off contract has nil contractual value. Supplier fees are paid from liquidated assets recovered during delivery and not from contracting authority funds'.
