## Description

The services will: a\) follow the award of a Property Freezing Order in favour of HMRC to allow HMRC to remove assets where HMRC can evidence property/assets have been obtained through unlawful conduct or organised crime\. A "Property Freezing Order" freezes assets or property \(i\.e\. legally prevent the disposal of those assets by a respondent\)\. b\) The services will follow the award of an Order for Sale in favour of HMRC\. An "Order for Sale" is a court order to sell a property or an asset so a debt can be paid out of the proceeds of the sale\. 'This call-off contract has nil contractual value\. Supplier fees are paid from liquidated assets recovered during delivery and not from contracting authority funds'\.
