GB-Edinburgh: Office Cleaning - Oban

The Northern Lighthouse Board has a requirement for Office Cleaning at NLB Oban, Gallanach Road, Oban, Argyll, PA34 4LS to cover the main offices, Firth View offices, meeting room and ESTF toilets. Please refer to Schedule of Requirements for further details.

It is important that Tenderers or their representative(s) attend the site visit, any Tenderers submitting a quotation that have not attended the site visit, will not be considered. Site visits will be conducted on Tuesday 11 February 2020. Please request a site visit via Delta eSourcing at https://www.delta-esourcing.com/ to confirm attendance and names of representatives attending site.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
