CCTV Maintenance and Capital Works Programme for Chelmsford City Council and Epping Forest District Council

Other additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Chelmsford City Council is tendering on behalf of 3 local authorities for the provision of CCTV Capital Works and/or a maintenance. The procurement process will be an open procedure for the provision of new equipment, including installation and integration with the current system, and the establishment of a maintenance agreement for the current system alongside the maintenance of the enhanced equipment.

The Council is looking to fulfil two separate contracts which cover the following: Contract 1 - CCTV Capital Works & Maintenance on behalf of Chelmsford City Council and Maldon District Council Contract 2- CCTV Maintenance Contract - Epping Forest District Council
