Strategy and Delivery Consultant.

The Strategy and Delivery Consultant was appointed to establish a Project Management Office and support the highest risk, highest profile project in the University. A Project Manager role was identified by PPSE in the early resource plans and the Strategy and Delivery Consultant is seeking support to continue what he started with the PMO and establishing its working structure. Sisua is a company who's MD set up the same procedures 13 years ago which the S&D consultant still uses and has used at over 10 public sector organisations. There is an urgency to continue with the PMO development, support the new and growing governance using the framework set up and Sisua can provide a consultant from its company to do this.
