To deliver the Public Beta phase for the new Patient Safety Incident Management System \(PSIMS\), in line with GDS guidelines, in order to ensure it offers the best opportunity to learn from all sectors of healthcare for safety improvement, whilst allowing organisations to meet their statutory duties with regards to safety and reporting of safety data\.
