Work description
Jacobs U.K. Ltd (Jacobs) have been appointed by Bloom Procurement Services Ltd on behalf of Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) to lead on the transport modelling and associated economics to feed into the wider Teesworks Transport business Case, utilising the Tees Valley Strategic Transport model.
