## Description

Oxford City Council wishes to engage consultancy services to create an Electric Vehicle \(EV\) Strategy and a high level programme plan to inform our approach to support Oxford residents and visitors who need to drive cars - where cycling, walking or public transport is not practicable - and are supported to do so in zero emitting vehicles\.
