Provide Multi-disciplinary professional design consultancy services to develop a RIBA Stage 2 design and cost plan for a 2FE \(Ambulant and DDA compliant\) for 240 pupils new all-through special school facility for ASD with complex education needs children at Hargood Road , London ,SE3 8HS while adopting DfE BB 104 Area guidelines for SEND and alternative provision: follow the Link: https://assets\.publishing\.service\.gov\.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment\_data/file/905693/BB104\.pdf relevant output design specifications \(Part B and Part C forms of the Output Specification for special school projects\) and other building bulletins and regulations that may apply\. and to achieve a pre-planning advice from Royal Borough of Greenwich\(RBG\) planning department\.
