WCC Data Governance System

Description

Warwickshire Country Council is looking to re procure its Data Governance System (DGS) contract. The DGS acts as the Council's Record of Processing (RoPA), which we are obliged to maintain under the UK GDPR/Date Protection Act 2018 to map all data flows containing Personal and Special Category personal data. We have incorporated the RoPA, Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) and our Information Asset Register which also covers assets that do not process personal information, in order to capture all assets, data flows, Sharing Agreements and Risk Assessments in one place.
