The work comprises forming new 'Gypframe 92 S 50 C' stud frame walls to form new Office and Classroom formation of new 'Gypframe' stud wall to form new Toilets. Alterations of existing Toilets to form one Accessible WC and two Toilets, Removal of existing Kitchen Units and Ancillary Equipment. Installation of new Acoustic Suspended Ceilings. Implement repairs to the existing structure as directed within this schedule of works. Lay new floor coverings and making good internal decorative finishes to match existing at St Columb Major ACE Academy, Newquay Road, St Columb Major, Cornwall, TR9 6RW.
