## Description

The purpose of this commission is to deliver an Economic Impact Assessment of Eurovision 2023, to understand the impacts arising within the local \(Liverpool and the LCR\) and the wider regional NW \(North West\) economy\. This includes the immediate impacts from the delivery of the ESC and the supporting programme of events across the LCR, and the short-term legacy impacts \(1 year on\) associated with increased investment, tourism and skills within the creative industries, and wider visitor economy sectors\.
