Liverpool City Region Combined Authority require Design Consultants to prepare preliminary design, detailed design and stakeholder engagement for a series of active travel projects, coined as Missing Links\. The detailed design of sufficient standard and quality to meet RIBA 4 and be suitable for Tender for Construction to be undertaken\. Any designs produced must comply with relevant standards\.
