The Council is seeking to appoint specialist consultants in environmental engagement to develop a targeted programme in order to raise SME awareness and deliver the necessary support and engagement required to drive uptake of renewable energy\. This should include, but is not limited to, the design and delivery of face to face qualitative engagement \(or online alternatives\), delivery of roadshow style events \(or online alternatives\), and development of promotional materials and media campaign\.
