Dowding House Management

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council is seeking a Managing Agent to provide a housing management and homelessness service for temporary and emergency accommodation at Dowding House, Paddock Wood. The Council intends to appoint a suitably experienced managing agent to manage Dowding House. The successful Agent will be responsible for delivering an emergency housing service under the homelessness legislation on behalf of the Council and provide a comprehensive housing management service for the 18 units. The intention is to award the contract to a single managing agent. The contract will be awarded for an initial 2 year period, with the option of 2 further annual extensions which can be triggered at the discretion of the Council if the service is deemed to be of the required standard
