The Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland Local Resilience Forum \(LLR LRF\) require a training provider to support the delivery of incident response training to its members\. Leicestershire County Council \(The Council\) is the host organisations for the LLR LRF, and as such will coordinate this procurement process\.
