## Description

We are seeking to appoint a specialist cultural team who can develop and deliver a series of small and sensitive events, activities and interventions with the first local residents moving to Southmere, our first major development in Thamesmead\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
