Fixed Telephony Services

The HPSN3 Fixed Line project scope is to deliver a like for like service for approximately 1000 analogue lines across the Hampshire County Council estate. These lines currently include both corporate and school lines (HCC maintained services only).

Over the next 2 years these lines will be either retired or be converted to a digital type service in line with the industry PSTN retirement.

This procurement was instigated to find a provider of Fixed Telephony Lines to support HCC for the remaining lifespan of this type of line.
