Provision of Cleaning Services for Kent House

NHS NEL ("The Authority") invites Tenders from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of a cleaning services at Kent House The successful tenderer(s) will bring with them an innovative approach to the provision of the services with a focus on delivering a high quality service as well as delivering a cost effective service maximising the opportunity for budget savings throughout the duration of the cleaning service contract. The term of the contract is for two (2) years with a possible extension of one year at the discretion of the Estate Manager. Bidders should respond to this opportunity by completing the online questionnaire published on the Authority's e-procurement portal (the "Portal") - ProContract (hosted by Proactis). All clarification requests and correspondence pertaining to this ITT opportunity must be directed through the Portal.
