Thirteen Housing Group is undertaking refurbishment to properties in Billingham and Berwick Hills estates. Thirteen seeks to appoint up to TWO contractors (one per lot) to support and supplement the Thirteen In House team in activities including boiler replacement and full heating replacements. • Lot 1 - Billingham TV47 • Lot 2 - Berwick Hills 06 The Contracts will be undertaken on a "Supply and Install" basis.
