ESPH CN Provision of Quantity Surveyor Services WDC (ESPH448 TI) - AWARD

Wealden District Council (WDC) are working with Mayfield & Five Ashes Parish Council (MAY+FAPC) to create a replacement community centre incorporating a medical centre. WDC appointed a firm of quantity surveyors to advise on the development project. The appointed firm will need to provide for a range of services which may include, Employer's Agent and Principal Design services from project inception through to end of defects for the works required at the site which is located at Court Meadow, Tunbridge Wells Road, Mayfield, East Sussex, TN20 6PJ.
