## Description

The Council requires a fully cloud based integrated Building Control solution with: public access to the Building Control register; remote access to update inspection records direct from site; support integration of existing records stored in SX3/ILAP; a competent persons record integration module\. A minimum of 10 end users licences are required and bespoke system user training; solution must be accredited to LABC ISO 9001 and comply with all relevant data protection policies; be able to integrate/ upload data from legacy systems\.
