## Description

West Berkshire Council would like to commission expert support for the development of our approach to Equality Diversity and Inclusion \(EDI\)\. This is anticipated to be a supplier\(s\) with specialist knowledge for nine to twelve months to deliver an EDI framework to express a vision, principles, aims/objectives with an accompanying action plan, grounded in lived experience, to deliver EDI across West Berkshire\. We are looking for either a single supplier or a collaboration of suppliers that can provide consultancy expertise to develop and assist in the roll out the above framework\. This will support the following priorities within our Council Strategy: • Support everyone to reach their full potential • Ensure our vulnerable children and adults achieve better outcomes\.
