## Description

For mRNA purification we require a HPLC system which is capable of working in reversed phase conditions with a gradient elution\. It also needs to run at elevated temperatures, requiring a column and eluent heater and a fraction collector\. This would be a framework agreement including maintenance, warranty, servicing, consumables and spare parts\.
