THIS IS NOT A TENDER - EXPRESSION OF INTEREST ONLY. The Riverside Group has several Heritage properties that require a specialist Heritage Contractor to complete the works. The general scope of works will include plaster works, damp and mould work , supply & installation of kitchens & bathrooms, windows & doors, installation of new boilers, general internal and external works . We anticipate the first property location will be in Newcastle but we would be interested to hear from contractors who also cover other areas across England and Scotland as well as national contractors.

Supplier's must register or login to gain access to In-Tend and to express their interest. Future opportunities will also be advertised on In-Tend.
