The Hexbox Theatre scheme The Council are seeking in this appointment, the services of an external Project Manager / Employers Agent and Cost Consultant team to manage and coordinate the delivery of the scheme from RIBA stage2 onwards, including a review of RIBA stage 1 information\. This appointment is to also include the services of Clerk of Works for the construction phase of the project\.
