## Description

Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint a contractor to undertake the refurbishment of Maxillofacial Surgery & Orthodontics Department\. The works comprise reconfiguration of rooms, renewal of furniture & flooring, provision of compliant air supply and extract, services reconfigurations, drainage and decoration\. The works will be phased to suit hospital operational requirements and room ventilation proposals will be co-ordinated with the phasing plan\.
