## Description

Tender for the development, proofing and up-scaled manufacturing of a home user diagnostics kit based on lateral flow or similar technology\. A full list of the diagnostic tests will be provided once an NDA has been signed\. Purpose: Developing a home-user diagnostics kit based on lateral flow, enzyme assays or similar technology based on existing protocols\. The project involves several steps: Proof of concept: Establish suitable assay layouts, reagents and chemical reactions based on existing but not optimised protocols\. Configuration of simple tests to show utility and initial investigation into potential designs\. Feasibility: Refinement of the assay format\(s\), establishing working protocols and prototypes in an LFT/pad environment to meet both test performance and cost requirements\.
