Peabody Trust ("Peabody") is seeking to appoint a catering entrepreneur or organisation wishing to operate a service across two of our community facilities in Thamesmead. Site one is Sporting Club Thamesmead delivering a food and licenced beverage offer and located in the London Borough of Bexley, with site two providing a community café based within the Moorings Sociable Club nee Moorings Social Club located in the Moorings Ward within the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
