Work description
Colchester Borough Council wishes to commission a contractor to provide maintenance repairs and redecoration works at Groundsman's Mess Room, Old Heath Recreation Ground, Old Heath Road, Colchester, CO1 2ER, as detailed within the Tender Documents.
