## Description

The Constabulary is leasing a suite of rooms within the North Quay Building at Heysham Port\. The offices require a full refurbishment including internal demolition and strip out works and the creation of offices and service rooms\. There is also the requirement to build a secure room\. There is also some external work to reroute CCTV camera feeds across the port\. The main contractor will be required to manage the named sub-contractor responsible for carrying out this work and also carry out some enabling works\.
