## Description

The construction of concrete bases and associated works in preparation for Metrostor bin enclosures to be installed by others\. The works are at 3nr individual flatted block sites in Runcorn\. 1-19 Companys Close, 53 -84 Coronation Road , 3-33 Lavender Close\. It is anticipated that the pre start meeting with the successful contractor will take place by 19/11/20\. The successful contractor will be required to programme the site works to achieve commencement on 30/11/20 and completion of all works by no later than 18/12/20, 3 calendar weeks\.
