Provision of Online Broadcasting Platform (Branded Safe+Sound).

The contract covers an initial period of 3 years with a further potential 3 extension period of 12 months. The contract end date is the end of the initial period. There are 24 programmes planned + 10 additional ad hoc programmes which equates to £111730. There is then potential for the supplier to be used ad-hoc during the length of the initial period and potential extension period if the Authority so wishes. The "Lowest vale" is the 24 + 10 Programmes. It is difficult to define at the moment what the "Highest value" is this has been kept at the amount that was entered at the outset.
