## Description

Provision of Online Broadcasting Platform \(Branded Safe\+Sound\)\. The contract covers an initial period of 3 years with a further potential 3 extension period of 12 months\. The contract end date is the end of the initial period\. There are 24 programmes planned \+ 10 additional ad hoc programmes which equates to £111730\. There is then potential for the supplier to be used ad-hoc during the length of the initial period and potential extension period if the Authority so wishes\. The "Lowest vale" is the 24 \+ 10 Programmes\. It is difficult to define at the moment what the "Highest value" is this has been kept at the amount that was entered at the outset\.
