Homes England is looking to procure a suitable contractor for the demolition of Riverside House, Milverton Hill, Leamington Spa and associated works\. The scope of works will include the following:\\r \\r Preparatory Approvals\\r Enabling Works\\r Site Clearance, Asbestos Removal and Soft Stripping\\r Works to HV Substation\\r Demolition Work\\r Post Demolition Works and Boundary Treatment\\r \\r The full scope can be found within the full suite of documents attached to ProContract\.\\r Additional information: The opportunity can be accessed via the Homes England eTendering system\.
