## Description

Employer Agent services on Tower Court in 2015\. Due to numerous factors, including the discovery of Japanese Knotweed on site, COVID-19 and supply chain issues, the Tower Court scheme was delayed\. These factors were beyond the project team's control, but led to a longer programme and an extended completion date for all parties\.
