WLBC has approved the procurement of a partners to deliver a five year capital programme, informed by the new asset management strategy. Option to extend by 12 months.

Scope of the contracts includes but is not limited to; - Identifying the most appropriate requirement to take to market, including contract packaging, commercial model, form of contract, contract term and evaluation criteria. - Production of tender documentation. - Managing the tender process, including facilitating selection, evaluation and award
