## Description

The Borough Council of Bolton and Bolton NHS Clinical Commissioning Group is prepared to receive tenders for The Young Carers Service which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed\. The Authority and Bolton NHS Clinical Commissioning Group \(the Commissioners\) are jointly seeking to commission a local provider who will play a pivotal role in raising awareness of Young Carers' issues in Bolton, so that agencies and professionals can work together to identify Young Carers at an early stage and ensure their needs are met\.
