## Description

The Service Provider shall provide a comprehensive service to remediate mould and damp issues within any Stonewater property\. The Service Provider shall be provided with a comprehensive report of the issues within a property and shall rectify all issues identified within the report including the identification and resolution of any root causes of such issues, including but not limited to mechanical extraction and general building, in order to return properties to an ideal state, as detailed in Housing Health and Safety Rating System\.
