## Description

Herefordshire Council are looking for a specialist consultancy to undertake UX/CX work to investigate, analyse and understand the user experience of bus passengers, and then take this into a comprehensive marketing campaign to increase patronage across the county and would like to establish whether there are any organisations that are interested in providing work on a UX/CX \(User Experience/Customer Experience\) project
