Request for Quotation (RFQ) For: ELECTRICAL AUTHORISING ENGINEER SERVICES 3 quotes received evaluated using MEAT Quality: 60% Price: 40% SCOPE OF WORKS AE(Electrical) audits are separate to those carried out internally by NHSPS and are therefore independent The appointed Regional AE(Electrical) will report in the first instance to the Regions NHSPS Technical Services Manager (TSM) as the technical representative for the regions Principal Operations Manager (Designated Person). The AE (Electrical) will support the Regional NHSP' Authorised Person(s), in the discharge of their duties. Action plans required to mitigate audit findings will be monitored by the Regional Technical Services Manager and escalated to the TSM National Electrical Lead and the Principal Technical Services Manager where exceptions or high risks apply. DETAILED REQUIREMENTS OF THE WORKS NHSPS Regions are split into lots - • Lot 1 - North -West Region • Lot 2 - North-East and Yorkshire Region • Lot 3 - Midlands Region • Lot 4 - East Region • Lot 5 - South-West Region • Lot 6 - South-East Region • Lot 7 - London Region
