## Description

Replacement of school passenger lift \(IWM/00467\)\. The existing lift is to be replaced in its entirety with a completely new traction MRL installation, including associated building and electrical works and; Refurbishment / Replacement of staff passenger lift \(IWM/22752\) including the replacement of the control panel, traction drive, door operator, car and landing pushes, indicators, associated equipment and all building and electrical works\. On completion of the works, the lift will be certified as a new installation\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
